Another 12 hour work day ahead of me, so I left a bit early so I can get a run/walk in before heading into the office and everything that is put before me. Had an everything bagel with butter and enjoyed coffee during my 10 a.m. meeting today. The exercise was good. The traffic was fine...nothing to exciting today and nothing really horrible either. Another regular commuting experience.
