Day 117

Time I left home:

It's a running day today, so I tried to leave home early in order to run the loop around work before heading in for the day.  Traffic got a bit slow around exit 22...nothing unusual about that.  Running was good. I think I'm getting better at it.  Bagel and cream cheese for breakfast and lots of water.
